Project Details:
Village at the Park is a centrally located retirement community in the Wellington suburb of Berhampore. It’s built on the site of the former Athletic Park, a location steeped in New Zealand rugby history, and one that offers an extensive area of land and interesting topography. Village at the Park has been developed in stages and Supreme Balustrades have worked with Gemco Construction the project managers, over many years to provide balustrades, handrails, guide rails, screens, gates and fences to the wide variety of dwellings and communal areas. These situations range from exterior balconies and landscaped courtyards to interior hallways and stairs. As a result our products are fixed to many different substrates including concrete decks, timber and block retaining walls. Unex’s “Ascot” framed balustrade in Dulux powder coated colours of Iron Sand and Black, is the featured style and has been continued throughout the Village. Other products, all custom made and installed by Supreme Balustrades, are designed to complement the balustrades and help create a very attractive and safe environment.
